Tariff
All Inclusive Packages (min 20 delegates):
The LMI Conference Centre recommends the easy option of this all inclusive package. This includes room hire (break out area available on request), catering (including refreshments of tea/coffee/juice/water/biscuits on arrival, mid morning, a buffet lunch and afternoon refreshments), all audio visual equipment (must be pre-arranged), mints, writing paper, writing materials and mineral water. Each room has its own resource box containing paper clips, blue tac - basically everything you need).
Full day delegate rate (8.30am - 5.30pm): £31 per delegate
Half day delegate rate (8.30am - 12.30pm or 12.30pm - 5.30pm): £20 per delegate
(this includes all the above, except for half day room hire and one refreshment break)
Room Hire Rates:
Lecture Theatre £380 per day
Wolfson Seminar Room £190 per day
Cecil Gray Seminar Room £190 per day
Council Room £190 per day
President’s Room £100 per day
Gallery/Oak Study/Dining Area £150 per day
Licensed Bar £30 evening functions only
- Half days / evenings are pro rata of the above prices
- Weekend / evening bookings are subject to an additional fee for security, POA
- Extended sessions are subject to an additional fee for security, per hour (outside 8.30am – 5.30pm)
- Catering additional to the above will be charged as arranged
- Assistance of an audio-visual technician will be at cost POA (free for all inclusive bookings with 100 people or more)
In-Room Amenities:
Natural daylight, blackout facilities, modular furniture, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Equipment Available:
Multimedia presentation projectors with computer, slide projectors, OHP / visualisers and sound systems.
