How to find us
 Directions from M62/M6
From the M62, finding the LMI is straightforward.
At the end of the M62 follow the signs for the City Centre, Cathedrals and Universities (approx 3 miles).
On passing the Metropolitan Cathedral (‘the wigwam’) keep to the left hand lane as the road forks. At the junction, Lloyds Bank is opposite.
The entrance to the LMI is at the rear of the building off Arrad Street, immediately behind Lloyds Bank.

Surrounding Car Parks
The LMI has its own small car park at the rear of the building (behind the Lloyds Bank). Places here are on a first come first served basis.
Should parking not be available, there are a number of car parks near to the LMI.
- The Metropolitan Cathedral has an underground car park (please note this car park closes at 6pm).
- The University of Liverpool has two visitors car parks. The first is situated at the rear of the University Sports Centre (entrance via Mount Pleasant) and the second is at Bedford House (entrance via Cambridge Street).
