Linked Organisations
The Liverpool Medical Institution has educational links with the Royal Society of Medicine in London. Members of the L.M.I. can join the Royal Society of Medicine without paying the initial admission fee.
Joint L.M.I. / R.S.M. meetings are held regularly in London and Liverpool.
The Liverpool Medical Institution has strong links with the MMS, and hold joint meetings, as well as distributing each others programme in order to further medical education and knowledge in the region.

Each year there are also joint meetings with the Liverpool Psychiatric Society, Liverpool Society of Anaesthetists, Merseyside Medico-Legal Society, BMA (Liverpool branch).
