LMI’s event administration service is the perfect solution to take the stress out of event management. When you choose one of our event administration services, you get access to a dedicated events team with over 20 years of industry experience, who save you time and effort and ensure that your event is organised in an efficient and professional manner. Design of Promotional Materials

 

Informed by a discussion with you about your intended audience, our design elves will create professional designs for your promotional materials including event logos, flyers, registration forms and programmes.

 

Circulation of Promotional Materials

 

Your event flyers and registration forms can be circulated to your intended audience by LMI staff. We use a mailing program to create professional looking emails which can also be linked to any event webpages, social media and online registration forms. The program also provides information about how much of your audience you are reaching, where they are located, and which items they are most interested in.

 

Design of Event Webpage/Social Media Pages

 

LMI can provide a dedicated webpage for your event and edit to your requirements, which can be used in promoting the event, registration of attendees and information for attendees. We will take care of any web development required to facilitate this. We can also set up and monitor social media accounts for your event.

 

Online Registration Portal

 

LMI can design an online form to accept registrations and payments, and collect your required attendee information. The information can either be sent directly to your email inbox in real time, or to us at LMI as part of the event registration service.

 

Event Registration and Attendance List Management

 

We can manage the registration process for your event from booking to billing, including accepting registration forms, payment processing, answering enquiries, issuing joining instructions and course materials, producing badges, packs and certificates, and greeting and registering attendees on the day of the event.

 

CPD Certification/Accreditation

 

LMI can obtain CPD accreditation from the Royal College of Physicians, the Royal College of GPs and others. Provide us with a few short details about the programme content and the speakers and we will apply for CPD accreditation on your behalf. This is a real selling point for many event attendees.

 
Sponsorship
 

We can liaise with potential event sponsors on your behalf and make arrangements for funding payments to be made trade stands to be provided on the event day.
